Shipping Policy
All orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment partner, Lesters Logistics (Nuneaton area).
Dispatch times Orders placed before the daily cut-off are typically dispatched the same day or the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
UK Delivery Most UK mainland deliveries arrive within 2–5 working days from dispatch. Heavier items (e.g. larger anchors) may take slightly longer. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and dimensions — it is not free. We use reliable couriers such as DPD and UPS.
International & EU Orders All international and EU orders ship from the same UK hub.
- Delivery times are typically 5–14+ days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
- You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees on the receiving end (not included in the checkout price). The courier will usually contact you to arrange payment.
- We are planning local fulfilment options in North America and mainland Europe in the future. For now, all orders ship from the UK. Contact info@knoxanchors.com if your country is not supported at checkout.
Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your Knox Anchor purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
How to return an item
- Contact us at info@knoxanchors.com to request a return (include your order number and reason).
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Send the item back to our UK fulfilment hub (return address provided).
Return shipping label The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping (no prepaid labels are provided).
Eligibility & Condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition (unused where possible, with all tags and accessories).
- We inspect all returns upon receipt.
What we accept
- Change of mind or fit issues (e.g. doesn’t suit your boat) within 30 days.
- Faulty or damaged on arrival items (manufacturing defect or transit damage) — we will replace or refund including original shipping costs.
What is not accepted (or may incur deductions)
- Items that have been installed, used, scored, dented, or show clear signs of use beyond reasonable inspection.
- Returns after 30 days without prior written approval for an extension.
Refund processing Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.
- For faulty items: Full refund including original shipping.
- For change of mind: Refund of the product price only (original shipping not refunded; return shipping paid by you).
- Any deductions for diminished value (e.g. due to excessive handling or damage) will be clearly explained.
Extension requests If you need longer than 30 days (e.g. delayed access to your boat), contact us at info@knoxanchors.com before the 30-day period ends. We consider requests case-by-case.
